Shaun

This tiny nudibranch is commonly nicknamed 'Shaun the Sheep' nudibranch, after its incredible similarity to the animated character. These adorable slugs are usually around 2-3 mm, and are found on algae leaves in shallow waters. They use their chloroplasts to conduct photosynthesis! In order to shoot Shaun, a macro lens - usually with a diopter - is necessary. With such a setup, it is possible to view the details of this colorful and sheep-like slug.
